The Challenge

ASI is a hats & caps manufacturer based in China with worldwide distribution. In the midst of COVID-19 the brand needed to stay top-of-mind with key stakeholders and clients, as well as to generate new leads.

Solution

But how do you produce a fashion category campaign of international scope and strong fashionable appeal during strict social distancing restrictions? The Mannequins campaigns allowed us to position the brand in an ethnic-neutral manner, which also gave us latitude for worldwide media placements.

Results

For ASI, a Chinese manufacturer, we reinvented and redesigned their corporate image to achieve a better connection with customers, specifically those in the United States. We focused especially in “humanizing” their processes and the company.

ASI also needed a new website. The real challenge, however, was to position ASI beyond just a manufacturing company.

We transformed the definition of a standard production company to encompass an organization with a soul and a unified team. The new web site reflects these changes.
